We’re representing a well-respected client in the Bedford area who is looking for a Trainer/Demonstrator to join their growing Training team. This is your chance to take your industry experience and turn it into something bigger helping others gain the skills they need to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering engaging, accredited training sessions across the UK from our client’s Bedford base to customer sites nationwide.

Guiding and supporting learners, making sure they meet training objectives.

Getting involved in developing new training courses for the future.

Taking care of the classroom admin so courses run smoothly.

Mixing classroom delivery with hands-on, practical training (yes, sometimes outdoors rain or shine!).

What We’re Looking For

A background in the utilities, construction or civil engineering sectors.

Confidence to present, train and engage with groups of learners.

A recognised training/engineering qualification or willingness to work towards one (full support to achieve Level 3 Education & Training provided).

Flexibility to travel around the UK (approx. 2 days a week, sometimes overnight).

A full UK driving licence.

(Knowledge of trenchless or specialist utilities equipment is a bonus, but not essential full training will be given.)
