The Role: Recruit with Purpose

As a Recruitment Consultant in our Education & Training Division, you’ll:

Work with purpose-led organisations across education, learning, skills, and training

*

Build and manage your own desk, with full support from an experienced manager and L&D team

*

Develop strong client relationships and connect them with the talent that drives positive impact

*

Earn uncapped commission and be recognised for the value you bring

*

Be part of a supportive, values-driven team that genuinely backs your success

6+ months recruitment experience in any sector (agency or in-house)

Uncapped commission (realistic OTE £35–£45k in Year 1)
