As our Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of our recruitment operations, inspiring your team, smashing targets, and making a real difference in people’s lives.

You will:

Lead and motivate the recruitment team to exceed sales and placement goals

Build strong relationships with employers through networking and marketing

Drive new business growth while nurturing existing clients

Collaborate with Ongo Communities to support life-changing initiatives

Thrive in a dynamic, supportive environment where your ideas matter

Hours: 37 per week

What We’re Looking For

Proven sales success and a results-driven mindset

Experience leading teams and managing projects/contracts

Top-notch communication and negotiation skills

A cool head under pressure and a love for responsibility

At least 2 years in a sales-focused recruitment role
