M4 Recruitment is seeking a permanent Recruitment Consultant to join their busy Industrial and Driving Division in Heathrow. This is a full-time, office-based role focused on high-volume temporary recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze client job descriptions to understand role requirements

*

Source candidates via job boards, internal databases, and social media

*

Conduct telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability

*

Book candidates for registration and face-to-face or video interviews

*

Ensure candidates meet eligibility and experience criteria

*

Build rapport with candidates while maintaining professionalism

*

Engage in strong business development and client management

*

Working Hours Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 17:30 Early finish on Fridays: 15:00

Motivated and eager to grow professionally

Strong telephone manner and organizational skills

Tenacious and driven personality

*

Previous experience in high-volume temp recruitment (Driving or Industrial sector) preferred

*

Salary £26000 to £27,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience
