We have an exciting opportunity to join us at NGN on a permanent basis as a Recruitment Co-ordinator.

As the Recruitment Co-ordinator you will support the full end to end recruitment process cycle providing co-ordination and administration support. Throughout all aspects of the process, you will focus on delivering the best candidate experience, ensuring the candidate is engaged and has a positive experience throughout the various stages.

Working with the Recruitment Lead and advisor you will fully support the recruitment process with a particular focus on owning the candidate onboarding process. This will include supporting candidates with pre-employment checks, daily management of the recruitment mailbox and scheduling interviews.

You will also have an opportunity to support in some exciting recruitment projects such as reviewing our ways of working to support diversity and inclusion, recruitment branding and utilising our ATS system.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities

A focus on delivering the best candidate experience, ensuring each candidate is engaged and has a positive journey throughout the entirety of the process

Advertising vacancies internally and externally, creating exciting and engaging adverts with a focus on the NGN brand and attracting a diverse range of applicants

Scheduling and rescheduling interviews where required in a prompt and responsive manner

Owning the full pre-employment process including creating offer and contracts and undertaking all pre employment checks

Following up on checks including missing information and chasing outstanding activity to ensure the best possible onboarding experience

Daily management and ownership of the recruitment mailbox responding to enquiries and requests

Supporting telephone screening/interviewing dependant on role requirement

What we are looking for

Experience working in a recruitment administration or co-ordination role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a great telephone manner

Good time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple activities and priorities at once entirety

Ability to plan ahead, manage multiple deadlines and prioritise effectively under pressure

Organised and structured with strong attention to detail

A self-starter, highly motivated and driven to provide an excellent customer service

Excellent IT skills including MS Office Excel and Word

What we Offer

Starting salary from £27,371

40 hours per week

Up to 5% bonus (dependent upon achievement of set targets)

25 days annual leave (plus recognised bank holidays and 2 half days over the Christmas period)
