We’re Hiring! On-Site Recruitment Co-ordinator

Leeds / Bradford / York area – Near M62

Up to £30K per annum (Dependent on experience) + Team Bonus

6-Month FTC (Possible Extension)

Cubed Talent is looking for a hands-on, people-focused On-Site Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our friendly, fast-paced team.

What you’ll be doing:

Welcoming & onboarding new starters (video & in-person)

Hosting site tours & induction sessions

Sourcing great candidates & managing applications

Travelling between multiple client sites (mileage reclaimable)

We’re looking for someone who:

Communicates confidently with people at all levels

Is organised, adaptable & detail-focused

Can thrive in different environments

Has a driving licence & access to a car

Is (fairly) tech-savvy
