Our client, a leading global recruitment firm is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Researcher to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

Due to an exciting period of growth we are looking for a Graduate Recruitment Researcher to join their team in Tunbridge Wells, where you will work with an experienced team of consultants to help connect top talent with global opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and would have either recently graduated and be keen to step into a sales or Recruitment role, or have previous sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Source and screen candidate CVs and applications

* Source candidates through job board and LinkedIn

* Communicate to a high level with candidates and clients

* Work as part of a team to ensure client relationships are maintained to a high standard

* Stay up to date with industry trends and ensure your knowledge is maintained at all times

* Maintain and update internal CRM systems

Key Experience:

* Recent graduate or previous sales experience

* Excellent customer service experience, confident liaising with colleagues and clients of all levels

* Switched-on, able to keep up with industry trends and knowledge

* Highly-motivated with a keenness to kickstart a career in Recruitment

* High level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times
