Salary: Up to £26k, dependent upon experience, plus excellent commission scheme.

Graduate/Trainee Headhunter:

In order to succeed in this challenging and rewarding industry, you will need to be:

- Bright and able to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment

- Educated to Degree level

- Comfortable and confident using the telephone

- Some experience of telephone-based work will be useful but not essential

- Genuinely interested in learning about new things and new people

- Exceptionally organised and able to work to strict deadlines

- Friendly and professional at all times

- Driven to succeed through hard work and determination
