Role Overview We are looking for skilled Window Fitters to join our team. The role involves installing and replacing uPVC, aluminium, and timber windows and doors, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities Install, replace, and repair windows and doors (uPVC, aluminium, timber, sash, and casement).

Measure and prepare openings to ensure perfect fit.

Handle glass safely and securely during installation.

Work as part of a team or independently on site.

Ensure compliance with FENSA standards and health & safety regulations.

Maintain a clean and tidy work area.

Requirements Proven experience as a window fitter.

Experience with a variety of window and door types.

Good knowledge of tools and installation techniques.

CSCS card (preferred).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

English speaking (basic level acceptable) – Polish, Romanian, Lithuanian, or other Eastern European languages welcome.

Own tools and transport preferred (company van can be provided for the right candidate).
