Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Semi-Skilled Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with a variety of on-site tasks and support skilled tradespeople to ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. Previous experience in glazing would be advantageous but is not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting tradespeople with daily tasks on site

• Carrying out general labouring duties including lifting, loading, and site preparation

• Handling tools and materials safely and correctly

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Assisting with glazing work where required (training can be provided)

• Following health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a semi-skilled labouring role

• Good practical skills and a willingness to learn

• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work

• Glazing experience would be an advantage but is not essential

• Full UK driving licence preferred
