Job Title: Plumber / Advanced Plumber’s Mate – 30-Bathroom Project (Price Work)

Location: Putney Bridge S.W Job Type: Temporary Contract Rate/Salary: Per bathroom (Price Work) – Paid in stages ( 1st fix / 2nd fix)

About the Role: We are looking for an extra Plumber or Advanced Plumber’s Mate for a substantial 30-bathroom temporary contract near Putney Bridge.

This is a high-volume, highly efficient project. The bathrooms have already been fully stripped out and the main items are going back into the exact same positions. However, you will need to run extra pipework for new exposed thermostatic showers, so a neat eye for pipework configurations and alignment is essential. There may also be some other minor pipe alterations along the way.

Payment Structure (depending on experience):

1st Fix Installing new bath, Altering pipework, Hanging concealed cistern and running new hot/cold supplies for the exposed thermostatic showers. completed once pressure-tested and ready for boarding/tiling. 2nd Fix : Installing the suite (basin, toilet, and exposed shower valves) and final commissioning. completed once fully signed off and 100% water-tight.

Key Responsibilities:

Installing the plumbing side of bathroom suites. Prepping and running the extra pipework required for exposed thermostatic mixer showers. Making minor alterations to existing pipework where required. Ensuring all work is perfectly aligned, functional, and completed to a high standard.

Requirements:

Solid experience with bathroom plumbing and neatly installing exposed shower pipework. Ability to work efficiently to maximize your earnings on a price-work basis. Must have your own standard tools and reliable transport to the Putney Bridge area. Strong eye for detail and a reliable work ethic.
