Part-time ad-hoc Multi-skilled Handyman / Maintenance man needed for small property management company in Luton & surrounding areas. You must have 5+ years of experience with residential property. You must have your own tools and transport. You must be able to speak English and be trustworthy and reliable. You may be semi-retired or want to work a few hours extra to earn extra cash.
You must have experience of plumbing, some electrics, gardening, painting & decorating, hanging doors, changing taps, unblocking sinks. A full time job may be available in a few months time for the right individual.
