Description
We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Worker to join our Property Maintenance company based in North London.
You will be responsible for carrying out property maintenance tasks for residential properties throughout London.
You will need to be experienced at painting/decorating, tiling, basic electrics, basic plumbing, carpentry, changing locks, install of fire doors etc.
You will also need to be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision and have a flexible approach and a willingness to take on new tasks.
Main duties:
a) Visit properties to assess maintenance required and carry out the work in a quick and efficient manner
b) To undertake and see through to completion any required maintenance work in the properties, for example, decorating, repairs, changing locks, tiling, basic electrics, plumbing and carpentry
c) Must be polite and act in a professional manner, respecting the tenants at all times
You must have a full UK Driving License. Van provided
Must be CIS Registered
