We are seeking skilled Trades to join our hardworking teams on high spec residential project in SE13 Lewisham

You must take pride in producing quality workmanship, have great attention to detail and be experienced working on Architecturally designed residential projects.

You will need sound experience and knowledge in 1-2 of the following areas:

Carpentry, 1st fix lofts, roofs, walls and floors, boxing and casements, linings and prepare substrates
Building Structure, Steel, Carpentry, Ply
Roof tiling experience in slates natural and man- made

Must have own tools, PPE and CIS registration.

Strong rates of pay to reflect skills and experience.

Responsibilities include some of the following:

Execute 1st and 2nd fix carpentry tasks,
Utilize hand and power tools for precise joinery and assembly work.
Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while adhering to safety standards.
Handle heavy lifting and assist in general site work as required, ensuring quality craftsmanship throughout.
Read and interpret technical drawings
