Paul and his team did an amazing job fitted large patio area, raised sleeper boarders and laid a new lawn. Nothing was too much trouble updated me constantly on progress. Gave me an estimated timescale which he delivered too would highly recommend him and his team. Paul takes alot of pride in his work and this was very clear when he was laying the porcelain patio.

I recently hired Paul to lay a patio, and the results have been deeply disappointing. Despite the initial agreement, the workmanship is sub-standard and lacks basic attention to detail. Key issues include: Drainage: The Accor drain is not level, both ends were left uncapped, and it was never properly connected to the drainpipe. Poor Finish: The patio slabs are uneven, the grouting is incomplete, and there are large gaps left on the steps with no cement fill. Property Damage: My fence and French doors were left covered in cement splatters, and large blocks of excess cement were left scattered around the garden. Their only excuse for the poor quality was that they gave a "cheap quote." If you want a job done correctly and professionally, look elsewhere.

We used P&R to relay our patio and front path. Paul came out promptly to quote, made some great design suggestions and was very responsive to any queries asked. He and the team were onsite everyday and worked really hard, clearing up when finished. We are very pleased with the final results and the price we paid. Thank you very much Paul and team 😊
