They only sent two people to clean when they initially said they would send three, they only finished downstairs when we agreed to a full house deep clean and left a very large scratch on the living room floor without even telling us, we found it after they left. They also seemed quite judgemental, yes our house was quite messy but that's why we hired a deep clean service to begin with.

They did a great job of cleaning the entire house and bathroom. But did not clean the chimney in the kicthen. I was upset and initially deducted 20 pounds and paid only 180 pounds to them. But latter I thought even if they did not keep their word, I should not seduct and the paid the 10 pounds which I had held back.
