Job Title: Print & Embroidery Production staff (Full-Time)

Location: Neasden London, NW2 7QA

Hours: Monday–Saturday, 9am-6pm

About Us

We are a growing printing and embroidery company based in a prime location on the A406, offering services such as DTF printing, vinyl printing, embroidery, logo digitisation, printouts, and custom garment branding. We are looking for a full-time team member who can take responsibility for day-to-day shop operations and deliver excellent customer service.

Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive individual to manage daily shop operations, including handling customer inquiries, coordinating orders, and overseeing production.

You will be responsible for ensuring every order is completed to a high standard, maintaining smooth workflow, and representing the company professionally at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries in person, by phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media

• Handle walk-in customers and guide them through available services

• Coordinate print, embroidery, DTF, and vinyl production jobs

• Prepare artwork files and ensure designs are correct before production

• Operate printing and embroidery equipment (training provided if needed)

• Manage workflow, prioritise jobs, and ensure deadlines are met

• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient working environment

• Take payments, issue receipts, and manage basic admin tasks

• Provide excellent customer service and handle pressure during busy periods

• Monitor stock levels and notify management when materials need reordering

• Ensure high quality standards on all garments and products produced

Requirements

• Previous experience is required

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

• Excellent attention to detail

• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently

• Basic computer skills (emails, stock ordering, excel skills, and daily ledger updates.)

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Full-time availability, Monday–Saturday
