Role: Year 3 Class Teacher

Aspire People are currently seeking a passionate Year 3 Teacher to work within a supportive primary school. We are looking for an enthusiastic educator who can inspire pupils and deliver engaging lessons that encourage children to become confident and independent learners.

The Role

Plan and deliver high–quality lessons

Teach across the Year 3 curriculum

Differentiate learning to meet individual needs

Monitor and assess pupil progress

Maintain a positive and well–managed classroom

Work collaboratively with school staff

Support the wider life of the school

What We're Looking For

QTS or relevant teaching experience

Experience teaching within KS2 is desirable

Strong classroom management skills

Excellent communication and organisation

A positive and enthusiastic attitude

A commitment to supporting every child's progress
