The Role– Year 3 Teacher

As a Year 3 Teacher, you will support pupils as they transition further into Key Stage 2, helping them build confidence, independence, and resilience in their learning. The successful Year 3 Teacher will deliver creative and engaging lessons across the curriculum while ensuring all pupils are supported and challenged appropriately.

You will be responsible for planning and delivering high–quality lessons, assessing pupil progress, and creating an inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity and a love of learning. This Year 3 Teacher role offers the opportunity to work closely with a supportive leadership team and experienced colleagues who are committed to achieving the best outcomes for every child.

What We're Looking for in a Year 3 Teacher:
