SparkED Recruitment are seeking dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistants who are looking for ad hoc supply, short term or long-term positions in the Warwick, Tamworth, Telford and Burton & Stratford region .

Requirements:

* Full Driving licence required

* Have a passion for working with children

* Have experience working as a Teaching Assistant, supporting children within a school setting

* Experience working with children that have SEN is advantageous

* The ability to build rapport with the child and be able to respond to the child's individual needs

* Follow directions from the class teacher and other members of staff
