The Role

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support pupils with a range of needs, including autism (ASC/ASD), SEMH, PMLD and SLDProvide 1:1 and small group support to help pupils access learningWork alongside teachers and specialists to create an engaging, inclusive environmentEncourage independence, confidence and progress in every childWhat We're Looking For

Experience working with children or young people (school, youth work, care or voluntary roles all considered)A genuine passion for supporting pupils with special educational needsResilience, patience and strong communication skillsGraduates considering teaching are highly encouraged to applyNo formal TA qualifications required – full support and training availableWhy Join Us?
