We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children and helping them reach their full potential.

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside the class teacher to support pupils with their learning, development and wellbeing. You will play an important role in helping children feel confident, engaged and ready to learn.

The successful candidate will be someone who can build positive relationships with pupils, provide encouragement and support, and adapt to the individual needs of children within the classroom.

Key Responsibilities

* Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of engaging lessons and classroom activities.

* Working with individual pupils and small groups to support their learning and development.

* Providing additional support to pupils who may require extra help with their learning or behaviour.
