What you'll be doing

Supporting pupils aged 11-19 with Autism in small class groupsEncouraging independence, confidence, and communicationHelping teachers prepare lessons and learning activitiesProviding emotional and practical support throughout the dayCreating a calm, safe and positive space for every studentWhat we're looking for

You don't need to be an expert - just bring enthusiasm, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.Previous experience supporting children or young people with Autism or other Special Educational Needs (SEN) is highly desirable, but not essential - full training will be providedAdaptable, empathetic, and keen to work as part of a teamCommitted to helping pupils build confidence, independence, and self-beliefAbout Hillingdon Manor School

You'll work 80% of your contractual hours for 100% of your pay, giving you more time to do the things that make you happy. 4DWW is subject to successful completion of probation and is not a contractual benefit
