TeacherActive is proud to be working with a Primary School based in Barnsley, who are looking to appoint a Level 2 Teaching Assistant. This setting has recently been awarded a '‘GOOD’’ OFSTED rating. The school is looking to take on a driven Level 2 Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis potentially leading to a permanent position for the right Teaching Assistant. The successful applicant will be working across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. The Senior Leadership Team are dedicated to ensure the successful Teaching Assistant will be supported and developed from day one.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

Level 2 Teaching Assistant

Experience in the UK

Experience working in a Primary School

Excellent classroom management

Experience in a similar role is essential

Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of different learners
