Teaching Assistant - Lovely Primary School in Enfield EN1

Start Date: ASAP / October Half Term

Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

Pay: £105 – £110 per day

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Enfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the classroom while working alongside passionate staff who are committed to delivering the best outcomes for their pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.

* Work with small groups and individual pupils to boost learning and confidence.

* Assist with classroom management and organisation to ensure a positive learning environment.

* Provide additional support to pupils with varying needs, helping them to access the curriculum.

* Contribute to the planning of activities and resources to support learning.

* Help foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing atmosphere within the school.

Requirements:

* Previous experience working in a primary school setting is essential.

* A positive, proactive, and patient approach to working with children.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one prior to starting).

* Reliability and commitment to the full-time, term-time role.
