We're excited to be recruiting Primary Teaching Assistants for a variety of day-to-day supply and long-term roles across welcoming and inclusive primary schools in [Northampton] this September.

The Role:

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will:

* Support class teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons

* Work 1:1 or with small groups of pupils to reinforce learning

* Provide additional help to pupils with SEND or those needing extra encouragement

* Prepare classroom resources and help with general classroom management

* Be a proactive and positive presence in the classroom and playground

What We're Looking For:

* Relevant experience working with children (school-based or similar)

* A positive attitude and willingness to adapt to different school settings

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* A genuine passion for helping children develop and succeed

* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)

Desirable but not essential:

* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification

* Experience supporting children with SEND or behavioural needs
