The Role

This Teaching Assistant (Personal Care Support) position in Kingswinford involves supporting children who require assistance with personal care alongside their learning and development. You will play a key role in ensuring pupils feel safe, respected and supported throughout the school day.

Key Responsibilities

Providing personal care support in a sensitive, respectful and professional manner as a Teaching Assistant (Personal Care Support)

Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and within small groups

Assisting with learning activities to encourage engagement and progress

Working closely with teachers, SEN staff and external professionals

Requirements

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant (Personal Care Support) or in a similar support role

Experience delivering personal care within a school or care setting

A valid DBS registered on the Child and Adult Workforce (or willingness to obtain one)

Based in or able xjnqpsq to travel to Kingswinford
