Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.Provide one–to–one and small group support to students.Help create an inclusive and encouraging classroom environment.Assist with lesson planning, classroom activities, and organisation.Promote positive behaviour and support students with additional needs to help them succeed.What Academics are Looking For:
