Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 15:30pm

Are you a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual looking for a rewarding role in education? We are seeking two exceptional Teaching Assistants to join our friendly and supportive primary school community in Burton Latimer, Northamptonshire from September 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a school where every child is valued, nurtured, and encouraged to reach their full potential.

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and our SEND team to support pupils across the school. Our setting has a high SEND presence, so we are particularly interested in candidates who are passionate about inclusion and helping children overcome barriers to learning.

You will:

Support pupils in the classroom and through targeted interventions.

Build positive relationships that help children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Work alongside experienced teaching and support staff.

Help create an engaging, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.

Make a genuine impact on children's lives every day.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Has experience working with primary-aged children (desirable but not essential)

Is patient, compassionate, and resilient

Has a positive, proactive attitude

Can support children with a range of additional needs

Works well as part of a team

Is committed to helping every child succeed
