This will be to work across a variety of areas that suit you, including Leamington Spa, Warwick, Kenilworth, Southam, Stratford Upon Avon and Alcester. Hays Education has worked across the South Warwickshire area for over 10 years and over this time have built up excellent relationships that are based on trust, excellent communication and always providing high quality staff. Your new roleYour new job as a supply teacher in South Warwickshire will be to work on either a part or full-time basis covering year groups of your choice. You must be confident in yourself with behaviour management strategies and also, on the rare occasion when planning isn't left, be able to 'think on your feet' to ensure the children have a successful day. Excellent communication is crucial to build quick relationships with children, staff, parents and carers. What you'll get in returnIn return, you will:- have guaranteed work part or full-time to suit your needs- have flexibility to teach in a wide variety of schools and year groups- work close to home without travelling too far- accrue holiday pay- have the option to pay in to a private pensionWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career.
