Salary: GBP130 GBP180 per day (depending on experience)

Contract Type: Ad–hoc Daily Supply Full–time / Part–time Flexible

GSL Education is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to work in secondary schools across Boston. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers who are looking for flexible work, whether you are available one day a week or looking for regular teaching opportunities.

As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will deliver pre–planned lessons across a variety of subjects, ensuring continuity of learning while maintaining a positive and engaging classroom environment. This role is ideal for experienced teachers, Early Career Teachers (ECTs), and those returning to the classroom who are seeking flexibility and variety.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging pre–planned lessons across KS3 and KS4Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and student engagementAdapt confidently to different secondary school environments and subject areasEnsure students remain on task and complete the work setProvide clear feedback to teaching staff following lessonsFollow all safeguarding, behaviour, and school policies The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualificationExperience teaching in UK secondary schoolsStrong classroom management and communication skillsA flexible, reliable, and professional approachThe ability to build positive relationships with students and colleaguesAn enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) What GSL Education Offers:
