Supply Teacher – Flexible Work in Norwich

Location: Norwich

Salary: £140 – £180 per day (dependent on experience)

Contract: Flexible, Monday–Friday (term time only)

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to support a variety of primary and secondary schools across Norwich. Whether you are newly qualified or an experienced teacher seeking a better work–life balance, this role offers great flexibility and ongoing support.

About the Role

As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging and pre‑planned lessons, support different schools as needed, and enjoy a role that allows you to focus on teaching without the added pressures of planning or marking.

We offer day‑to‑day, short‑term, and long‑term supply options, giving you full control over when and where you work.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver pre‑planned lessons or adapt quickly to last‑minute cover

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Provide constructive feedback to staff after each session

Be a reliable, professional presence in the classroom

Ideal Candidate

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)

Confident teaching across key stages (EYFS, Primary, or Secondary)

Flexible, reliable, and calm under pressure

Able to quickly build rapport with pupils and staff

Passionate about supporting pupils’ learning in different settings
