Description
Salary up to £25,857 per annum
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Student Support Advisor to join our Student Services team.
You will play a key role in delivering a welcoming and efficient front-line service, supporting students and customers across admissions, enrolment, student finance and reception. This is a varied role where accuracy, excellent communication skills and a flexible approach are essential.
The successful applicant will have strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You will be organised, adaptable and committed to supporting students to succeed. Applicants should be qualified to Level 3 or have relevant work experience and have good IT skills.
