95– 110 per day (DOE) Long–term & Daily Supply Immediate and September Starts

This is a SEND role. The children you'll work with have complex needs – ASD, ADHD, SEMH, SLCN and everything in between. Some days will test you. If that puts you off, this isn't the role for you.

Simply Education is looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant to work across our partner SEND schools in Crewe. These are schools that do SEND properly. Small groups, tailored support, genuine focus on every child's progress. You won't be a spare pair of hands. You'll be central to what happens in that room every day.

We'll place you somewhere that suits how you work, not just what's available.

Supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and SLCNDelivering 1:1 and small group support in line with individual EHCPs and support plansHelping pupils access their day, academically, emotionally and sociallyBuilding consistent, trusted relationships with children who need predictabilityWorking closely with class teachers to adapt resources and approachesFollowing safeguarding procedures at all timesWhat we need from you:

Experience supporting children or young people with SEND in schools, care, youth work or similarCalm, consistent and patient approachGenuine interest in working in specialist SEND, not just looking for any TA roleEnhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)Relevant qualifications are helpful but the right experience and attitude will always come firstWhat Simply Education Offers:
