The RoleAs a SEND Teacher, you will deliver highly personalised learning that celebrates every achievement, no matter how small. This position is based in Walsall and offers a rewarding scope to broaden your SEN teaching experience in an environment where every child is valued.

ResponsibilitiesDeliver creative, personalised lessons to meet individual EHCP outcomesSupport pupils with complex learning, physical and sensory needsWork collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and healthcare professionalsMonitor progress and maintain accurate assessment recordsPromote independence, communication and confidence throughout the school day

Skills and ExperienceQualified Teacher Status (QTS)Minimum of 6 months' experience teaching pupils with SEN within a UK schoolExperience differentiating learning to meet complex needsEnhanced Child or Child & Adult DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain oneAbility to provide references covering the previous 24 months
