We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Teachers and Skilled Teachers to join a specialist team supporting students with social, emotional and mental health challenges, communication difficulties, and trauma–related behaviours. As part of a nurturing and innovative team, your responsibilities will include:

Teaching and supporting students with a range of special educational needs (SEN).Delivering engaging English lessons tailored to individual learning needs.Setting, marking and providing constructive feedback on assignments, homework, and assessments.Supporting pupils in gaining a strong command of spoken and written English, enabling them to communicate confidently and effectively. Ideal Candidate: We are seeking someone who is:

Passionate about working with students with SEND.Experienced ideally with at least 2 years in a SEND environment or similar provision.Qualified QTS/QTLS is essential for 2 of the roles listed.Committed to creating a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment. About the School: This SEN School supports pupils aged 11–17. The school is designed for students who have not thrived in mainstream settings and require a more therapeutic approach to learning in a nurturing learning environment. Many of the pupils have experienced trauma or social difficulties. That s why we go beyond the typical classroom, providing specialised interventions and a team–based approach to helping young people reach their potential.
