Location: West Bromwich

Salary: 93 – 110.24 per day (dependent on experience)

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary, and specialist SEN settings across Sandwell and the surrounding areas.

The Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support students in the classroom on a one–to–one and small group basisAssist teachers in delivering engaging lessonsSupport pupils with additional learning needs where requiredEncourage positive behaviour and participationHelp create an inclusive learning environment that enables all pupils to achieve their potential

Requirements

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)Previous experience working within a school settingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA positive, proactive, and adaptable approachExperience supporting SEN pupils is desirable but not essential
