Job Title: Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant (TA) - Manchester Area

Location: Manchester

Start: ASAP | Full-Time (Monday-Friday) | Salary: £106-£120 per day (depending on experience)

We are looking for a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Unqualified SEN TA to join a school in the Manchester area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children with additional needs, helping them learn, grow, and succeed. Child experience is desirable but not essential - transferable skills from mentoring, coaching, care roles, or other relevant experience are welcome.

Key Requirements:

Must have own car for travel to school

Caring, patient, and willing to assist with personal care

Experience or confidence in dealing with behavioural challenges

Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented

Strong communication skills and adaptable to different situations

Key Responsibilities:

Support teachers in classroom activities and small group work

Assist pupils with SEN xjnqpsq in learning, engagement, and social development

Support with personal care and manage challenging behaviour where required

Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment

Adapt learning materials and provide 1:1 or group support as needed
