SEN Teaching Assistant Borehamwood September Start 95– 105 per day
Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs? Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Borehamwood from September.
The role:
Provide 1:1 and small–group support for pupils with additional needsSupport learning, communication, behaviour and emotional developmentWork closely with teachers and the wider SEN teamHelp create a positive, inclusive and nurturing classroom environmentEncourage pupils to build confidence, independence and key skillsWe're looking for:
Experience supporting children with SEN is desirableA patient, caring and resilient approachStrong communication and teamwork skillsSomeone passionate about making a difference to children's livesTeaching Assistant or relevant experience is advantageousWhy Tradewind?
