Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Cradley Heath

Pay Rate: GBP95.95 – GBP105.96

Hours: 8:30am 3:30pm

Smart Education is currently recruiting dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils in Years 7 to 11 in Cradley Heath. This role involves working with students who have social, emotional, and behavioural needs (SEMH).

About the Role:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the classroom teacher to provide tailored support to students, ensuring they can access learning in a supportive and engaging environment. Your role will involve one–on–one and small group interventions, focusing on helping students develop essential skills such as emotional regulation, resilience, and independence.

Requirements:

Experience working with students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs (SEMH) is essential

Ability to support students in both one–on–one and group settings
