We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to work across primary schools in Merthyr Tydfil. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to support children who face challenges in mainstream education and make a meaningful difference in their school experience.
What we're looking for in a SEN Teaching Assistant:
A committed and resilient individual with a strong work ethic
Experience working with pupils with ALN/SEN, ideally in a classroom setting
Confidence working on a 1:1 basis with children and supporting small intervention groups
Ability to assist the class teacher in delivering inclusive, engaging lessons
