Teach Now is looking for a caring, patient, and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming secondary school in Hillingdon. This is a fantastic opportunity to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them thrive both academically and socially in a nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN.

• Assist in adapting learning materials to meet individual needs.

• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to track progress.

• Promote independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience supporting students with SEN in a school setting.

• Compassionate, adaptable, and resilient, with excellent communication skills.

• Team player who can build strong, trusting relationships with students and staff.

What’s On Offer:

• Competitive daily rate: £90 – £100.

• Term-time hours: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
