Are you a caring and dedicated individual passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Wantage is looking for an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from January 2026.

This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience supporting pupils with additional needs, working alongside experienced teachers and SEN professionals in a nurturing school environment.

What you'll do:

* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language needs

* Assist teachers in delivering adapted lessons and inclusive classroom activities

* Help create a safe, supportive, and encouraging learning environment

* Work closely with the SENCo and class teachers to implement EHCPs and learning plans

* Support pupils with emotional regulation and classroom routines
