About You

We are looking for a KS3 SEN Teacher who is passionate about outstanding education for all and motivated to help young people achieve their potential.

You will ideally have:

Essential:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience teaching at Key Stage 3 level

Strong knowledge of SEND and inclusive teaching practices

Ability to adapt lessons to meet individual pupil needs

Excellent classroom management and behaviour support skills

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfareDesirable:

Experience working with pupils with autism, SEMH or complex learning needs

Knowledge of personalised learning approaches

Experience working with multidisciplinary teams

Understanding of alternative accreditation pathways such as ASDAN, BTEC or Entry Level qualifications

Confidence using technology to support learning
