Contract Type: Full–Time, Monday to Friday

Start Date: ASAP

Daily Rate: 130 to 232 per day (DOE)

We are recruiting a committed and enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join a supportive school in Kirkham. This is a full–time role starting ASAP, working Monday to Friday during term time.

About the Role:

As a SEN Teacher, you will lead learning for a small class or group of pupils with a range of additional needs including autism, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties, and physical or sensory impairments. Class sizes are small and you will be supported by a team of experienced teaching assistants.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver differentiated lessons matched to each pupil's starting pointWork to EHCP outcomes and individual education plansLead and direct a team of teaching assistants in your classroomUse positive behaviour strategies and de–escalation techniquesTrack progress in small steps and report to parents and outside agencies

Who We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalentExperience of SEN, SEMH or alternative provision is an advantageMainstream teachers keen to specialise are welcome to applyEarly Career Teachers, ECTs are welcome to apply
