SEN Teacher Location: Willenhall, Coventry, CV3Pay Scale: MPS GBP32,900 - UPS GBP51,000 + SEN Allowance (GBP2,679 - GBP5,497)Start Date: ASAPContract: Permanent (Long Term Futures)Days / Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm Are you an experienced teacher passionate about supporting children with special educational needs?

Long Term Futures are working alongside a one-form entry primary school with an Outstanding Ofsted rating in Willenhall. We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their supportive and inclusive team, working within a well-equipped SEN Resource Base across all key stages.

Main Responsibilities Teach and support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 within the SEN Resource Base.Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet a wide range of SEN needs (SEMH, ASD, SLCN, cognition & learning, and behavioural needs).Implement consistent behaviour management strategies.Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, SLT, parents, and external professionals.Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress, contributing to EHCP reviews and SEN planning.Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. What the School is Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with induction completed.Experience teaching across the primary curriculum.Strong track record of adapting teaching for children with SEN.Excellent classroom management and resilience.Ideally trained in TeamTeach, MAPA, or trauma-informed practice.Flexible and collaborative approach.
