About the Role:
Full–time SEN teaching role starting September 2025Long–term position with the potential to go permanent for the right candidateTeaching a small class of pupils with a range of additional needs including ASD, ADHD, and SEMHWorking collaboratively with a strong team of teaching assistants and SEN specialistsDelivering tailored lessons in line with EHCPs and individual learning plansPromoting a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environmentThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)Proven experience working with pupils with special educational needsA strong understanding of a range of SEN including ASD, MLD, and SEMHExcellent classroom and behaviour management skillsA patient, empathetic, and resilient attitudeA commitment to helping every child achieve their full potentialThe School Offers:
