Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a friendly primary school in Chingford. You will be supporting a little boy in Year 3 on a 1:1 basis, helping him to access the curriculum and grow in confidence.
The role will involve:
Providing 1:1 support in class and during activities.
Encouraging engagement, focus, and positive learning behaviours.
Supporting social and emotional development.
Working collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCO.
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience working with children with SEN (preferred but not essential).
Be patient, enthusiastic, and adaptable.
Build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
Be passionate about supporting children to reach their full potential.
