Line Operator – Flitwick

£14.16 per hour | 11.5 hrs paid per shift | Flitwick | Temp-to-Perm

Industrious Recruitment is working with a leading manufacturing business in Flitwick to recruit a Line Operator. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity – after 10 weeks you could secure a permanent contract directly with the company.

Shifts: Week 1 – Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun (8am–8pm) | Week 2 – Wed, Thu (8am–8pm).

The role: Operating and monitoring production lines, checking product quality, packing and palletising goods, labelling and sealing boxes, maintaining a clean work area, completing simple production records, and helping train new staff.

You’ll need: Previous factory/production experience (preferred), good time management, methodical approach, eye for detail, team spirit, and flexibility to learn and adapt.
