Role Details:

* Position: SEN Learning Support Assistant (Full-Time)

* Pay: £95 - £105 per day

* Start Date: September 2026 (trial days available now)

* Contract: Monday to Friday, term-time only

* Duration: Full academic year (with potential to become permanent)

* Location: Croydon, London

Your as a SEN Learning Support Assistant responsibilities will include:

* Providing 1:1 and small group support

* Assisting pupils with their learning, development, and wellbeing

* Supporting students with personal care needs in a respectful and dignified manner

* Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals

* Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment

What We're Looking For:

* A genuine passion for working with children and young people with SEN in Croydon

* A proactive, patient, and nurturing approach

* Able to commute to Croydon on a daily basis xjnqpsq

* Confidence in supporting personal care as a SEN Learning Support Assistant

* Previous experience in education or care settings
